As an apprentice, you will work in various departments and acquire the following skills, among others:

  • Organize and monitor office management, project and order-related processes

  • Take on secretarial and assistant tasks, coordinate appointments, prepare meetings and process correspondence

  • Communicate with colleagues and external business partners, including in a foreign language

  • Master various methods of searching for information and common data processing programs; 

  • Research data and prepare it for presentations

  • Work independently in the areas of procurement and sales

  • Support the management with personnel-related tasks

  • Confident in financial accounting and the use of accounting tools

  • Observe legal requirements, pay attention to data protection and data security and carry out quality assurance measures

 

What you should bring with you

  • Initial experience through internships or a part-time job - not a must, but a plus

  • You enjoy office and administrative tasks

  • You communicate openly and directly within the team, always keep an eye on the goals and like to contribute your ideas

  • You grasp new tasks quickly, work out solutions independently and present them

  • You are already confident in using the basics of MS Office

  • You have a good command of German and English
